That on or about DECEMBER 17, 2012 at approximately US 169 highway south at the exit of E. 91st South in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, Defendant Graham negligently operated a motor vehicle by running into the rear of the vehicle driven by the Plaintiff, who had the right of way Said negligence of Defendant caused the collision with Plaintiffs vehicle
2. That as a result, Plaintiff, was injured, prevented from transacting his business,
suffered great pain of body and mind, and incurred expenses for medical treatment.

Outcome: Settled for $10,000 and dismissed with prejudice.
