4. That the above mentioned collision was caused solely from the negligehco Of the
Defendant in that he failed to stop within an assured clear distance ahead, failed to watch where he•! was going, and failed to operate his vehicle in a manner reasonable and proper.
5. As a direct result of the Defendant’s negligence, the Plaintiff was injured and
incurred medical bills in treating her injuries.
