1. Christie Morgan is the mother and next friend of Kya Rca Morgan, and is bringing this cause of action both individually and on Kya Rca Morgan’s behalf. The Plaintiffs are residents of Oklahoma County.
2. On or about December 8, 2012, Kya Rca Morgan was involved in an automobile accident which resulted in bodily injury caused as a result of the negligence of Defendants, Edgar Mendoza and Complete Production Services Inc.
3. As a direct result of the negligence of the Defendants, Edgar Mendoza and Complete Production Inc., the minor Plaintiff suffered mental and physical injuries, past and future. In addition, the Plaintiff, Christie Morgan, is obligated to pay medical expenses incurred to date by the minor Plaintiff and will incur additional medical expenses in the future.
