Description: Norman, OK - Judy Stice Krouse, Louella Sampson, Christopher Stice and Gregory Stice sued Larry Wagoner on auto negligence theories claiming:

On December 15, 2011, Plaintiff, Judy Stice-Krouse, was involved in a pedestrian-motor vehicle collision near Northwest Fifth and North Broadway, in Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, when a vehicle driven by Defendant, Larry Wagoner, struck Plaintiff. As a result of Defendant’s negligence and breach of his duty to Judy Stiee-Krouse, Judy Stice-Krouse suffered injuries as set forth below.
2. The injuries to Judy Stice-Krouse were also the result of Defendant’s violation of various Oklahoma statutes and City of Moore ordinances in force and effect at the time of the collision giving rise to this lawsuit rendering him negligent per se for his conduct.
3. As a result of Defendant’s conduct, Judy Stice-Krouse suffered severe, permanent, and irreversible physical injuries; she has been permanently disabled and disfigured; she has suffered, and will continue to suffer, mental and emotional pain and anguish; she has incurred, and will continue to incur, medical bills; she has lost, and will continue to lose, income; she has suffered an impaired ability to earn future earnings; she has suffered, and will continue to suffer, a reduction of her quality of life; and, she has been damaged in an amount in excess of $75,000.00, exclusive of interest, attorneys’ fees and costs.
4. As a further result of Defendant’s conduct, Plaintiff, Louella Sampson, mother of Judy Stice-Krouse, suffered the loss of services, earnings, contributions and companionship, has incurred expenses, and claims damages in an amount in excess of $75,000.00, exclusive of interest, attorneys’ fees and costs.
5. As a further result of Defendant’s conduct, Plaintiff, Christopher Stice, son of Judy Stice-Krouse, suffered damage due to the loss of parental consortium of his mother, has incurred expenses, lost income, and claims damages in an amount in excess of $75,000.00, exclusive of interest, attorneys’ fees and costs.
6. As a further result of Defendant’s conduct, Plaintiff, Gregory Stice, son of Judy Stice-Krouse, suffered damage due to the loss of parental consortium of his mother, has incurred expenses, lost income, and claims damages in an amount in excess of $75,000.00, exclusive of interest, attorneys’ fees and costs.

Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
