COME NOW, the Plaintiffs, Shelly Cooper and Tracy Morgan, by and through Mark L, Miller of Smolen, Smolen & Roytman, PLLC and for their cause of action against Defendant, Elizabeth Carlson, states as follows:
1. That on or about January 29, 2012, in Tulsa County, Defendant negligently operated a motor vehicle in such a manner that she collided with a vehicle in which Plaintiffs were situated.
2. That as a direct result to Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiffs have suffered person injury, including medical expenses, mental and physical pain and suffering and other actual damages.
3. That Defendant’s actions were in disregard for the rights of others,
specifically, the Plaintiff’s.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, and based on reasonable belief, Plaintiffs
demand judgment against Defendant for damages in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), plus court costs, pre-judgment interest and post-judgment interest, and any further relief the court deems just and equitable.
Outcome: Dismissed without prejudice.
