Description: Southwest United Industries, Inc. sued Nassau Tool Works, Inc. on a breach of contract theory claiming:
1. Southwest is a corporation duly organized in the State of Oklahoma which maintains its principal place of business in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The services subject to this suit all occurred in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Therefore, this Court is one of competent jurisdiction and venue to adjudicate this civil action.
2. Southwest contracted with Nassau to provide services regarding the latter’s products on an open account basis. The services in question were effectuated between May 22, 2011 and July 9, 2012. Nassau has not remitted payment for those services. The total amount due and owing by Nassau to Southwest with regard to those services is in the sum of $61,309.00.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, Southwest prays for judgment against Nassau in the sum of $61,309.00, a reasonable attorney’s fee, the costs of this action, and for any and all further relief the Court deems proper in the circumstances.
No answer was filed by Defendant.
