COMES NOW Richard W. Bass, by and through the undersigned counsel, and for his Petition against Forest Group, LLC, alleges as follows:
VENUE AND JURISDICTION
1. Jurisdiction and venue are proper in this Court as Forest Group LLC has its principal place of business within the territorial boundaries of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma; Richard W. Bass resides in and can be sewed within the territorial boundaries of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma, and the majority of events alleged herein occurred within Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.
SUMMARY OF THE FACTS RELEVANT TO THE CASE
2. Plaintiff and Defendant negotiated and entered into an agreement whereby Plaintiff became employed by Defendant as its President and CEO, such employment commencing in July of 2010.
3. As compensation for Plaintiffs services to Defendant for sewing as its President and CEO, it was agreed Plaintiff would be paid a salary plus an annual bonus in an amount equal to his annual salary, in addition to other benefits.
4. Plaintiff sewed dutifully and successfully as President and CEO of Defendant from July 2010 until January 2012. Though Plaintiff was repeatedly assured his bonus would be forthcoming, and demand has been made, the bonuses due to Plaintiff has not been paid.
CAUSES OF ACTION
5. Fraud in the inducement: Defendant fraudulently induced Plaintiff to give up his successful position with a competitor of Defendant under false promises of compensation it never intended to pay.
6. Breach of Contract. Defendant has failed and refused to pay amounts promised to Plaintiff for his full and faithful services to them as it President and CEO pursuant to their employment agreement.
7. As a direct result of the conduct of Defendant, Plaintiff has sustained damages and is entitled to the benefit of their agreement including bonuses earned and promised, and other compensatory and other related damages.
Accordingly, Plaintiff demand ajury trial and judgment against Defendant for actual and punitive damages in excess often thousand dollars ($10,000) and any and all other relief this Court deems just.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
