Description: COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Micah Lassiter Wade, by and through his attol ey, alleges and states as follows:

1. The Plaintiff; Micah Lassiter Wade, is a resident of the City of Tuls , Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The Defendant, Terrance Nichols, is a resident of Oklahoma.

2. That this Court has jurisdiction in the above entitled cause.

3. That on or about April 12, 2012, in Tulsa County, Plaintiff was oper ting his vehicle eastbound on 3l Street stopped at the Hudson intersection when his vehicle was str ck from behind.
by the Defendant operating his motor vehicle. .

4. That the above mentioned collision was caused solely from the n gligence of the Defendant in that he failed to stop within an assured clear distance ahead, failed to watch where he was going, and failed to operate his vehicle in a manner reasonable and proper.

5. That as a direct result of the Defendant’s negligence the Plaintiff ffered personal injuries and property damage. Plaintiff has incurred medical expenses associated ‘ith his injuries, as well as fees associated with his damaged vehicle.

WHEREFORE, premises conidered, Plaintiffs pray for judgment again t the Defendant for a swn exceeding Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00), the costs Jf this action, a reasonable attorney’s fee, and for such other and further relief to which he may be eemed entitled.

Outcome: COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Micah Lassiter Wade, and dismisses his cause of action with prejudice to his right of filing any further action against the Defendant, Terrance Nichols.
