Description: Tulsa, OK - Cornell White sued Vamsi Krishna Kolli on an auto negligence theory claiming:

1. That on or about July 26, 2008, in Tulsa County, Defendant negligently operated a motor vehicle in such a manner that she collided with a vehicle in which Plaintiff was situated.
2. That as a direct result to Defendant’s negligence, Plaintiff has suffered person injury, including medical expenses, mental and physical pain and suffering and other actual damages.
3. That Defendant’s actions were in disregard for the rights of others, specifically, the Plaintiff’s.
4. This case was ongmally filed as Tulsa County Case Number CJ-2010-04440.
That case was dismissed without prejudice on April 27, 2011 and is being refiled within one year pursuant to 120.S. § 100.

Outcome: Settled for an undisclosed sum and dismissed with prejudice.
