Description: Jo Ann Gilford sued Floyd Fay Boyd on an auto negligence theory claiming to have been injured in a car wreck caused by Boyd.

COMES NOW the Plaintiff, J0 Ann Gilford, and for her cause of action against the Defendant, Floyd Boyd, alleges and states:

1. That on or about January 3, 2011, on a public roadway called North Lewis Avenue and East Reading Street, in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, Defendant, Floyd Boyd, negligently caused an automobile collision with a vehicle the Plaintiff was situated in.

2. That as a result of the collision caused by the negligence of Defendant, Floyd Boyd, Plaintiff, Jo Aim Gilford, was thrown about her vehicle, suffered personal injuries, was prevented from transacting her business, suffered great pain of body and mind, incurred expenses for medical attention for said in] uries, and will incur expenses for future medical attention, with general and special damages totaling a sum of $25,000.00.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, Plaintiff, Jo Ann Gilford, demands judgment against Defendant in the amount of $25,000.00, plus court costs, prejudgment interest, posjudgment interest, and what other further relief this Court deems equitable and just.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
