Therefore, under the doctrine of respondeat superior, Defendant Robert’s Truck Center is vicariously liable for all harms and losses caused by Defendant Warner’s negligence. Also, Defendant Warner is liable for all harms and losses caused by its own negligent/grossly negligent actions.
