1. That the Plaintiff, Catherine Weiser, is the minor child of Tara Weiser.
2. That Catherine Weiser, the minor Plaintiff, was allegedly iiijced, a a claim has

Veronica Collebrusco that is disputed both as to liability and damages.
3. An agreement has been reached wherein Defendants have offered and Plaintiff Tara Weiser has accepted, individually and on behalf of the minor child, Catherine Weiser, the sum of Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and NO/lOOths ($37,500.00).
4. Plaintiff advises the Court that it is her belief that the settlement is fair, equitable, and in the best interest of the minor child, Catherine Weiser, and that the settlement was entered into free from duress, coercion, or threat by any parties or persons.
5. The Court has heard testimony relating to the medical condition and prognosis of the minor, Catherine Weiser, and has considered other elements of damage in this case. The Court finds that the settlement is fair, equitable, and in the best interest of the minor Plaintiff. The Court finds that the agreement was entered into free from fraud, coercion, threat or duress by any of the parties, or their agents, insurers, or attorneys. The settlement agreement should be, and is hereby approved by the Court.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, by the Court, that the settlement agreement made to Plaintiff in the amount of Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and NO/lOOths ($37,500.00), is fair, equitable, in the best interest of the minor child, Catherine Weiser, and it is hereby approved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, by the Court, that the parties shall submit a Supplemental Order for the deposit of the proceeds in trust with a bank or savings institution approved by this Court for the benefit of Catherine Weiser, a minor, and in compliance with Title 12 0.S. §83 and pursuant to the Supplemental Order.
