Description: Plaintiff was a fault free passenger in a vehicle driven by Defendant Borden when an automobile collision occurred with a vehicle being driven by Defendant Calvert on the l day October 2010, in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Plaintiff claimed $16,434.00 in past medical expenses as a direct result of the negligence of Calbert.

Defendant generally denied all of the allegations made by Plaintiff and claimed that Plaintiff suffered from a pre-existing condition and failed to mitigate her damages.

Defendant, LaDonna Borden, pursuant to 12 0.5. §1101, hereby makes an Offer to Confess Judgment in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.O0), with respect to all the claims made by the Plaintiff in the above-styled case, inclusive of any and all interest accrued to date, as well as attorneys fees and costs incurred to date. Said offer is made as fill accord and satisfaction of the disputed claims, including, but not limited to, those claims asserted in the above-styled and - numbered lawsuit.

Outcome: Settled and dismissed with prejudice.
