Plaintiff contends that a dog owned, maintained and/or harbored by Dofendats attacked
Plaintiff. Plaintiff sustained injury, incurred medical expense and 1ost wages as a result
of the subject incident.

Defendants denied ownership or control of the subject dog.

Defendants also claim ihe stray dog was provoked.

Defendants claimed the PlaintUf provoked a stray dog, attacked the dog and any injuries he has resulted therefrom. Plaintiff was contributorily and comparatively negligent. Furthermore the dog in question was not owned or harbored by the Defendants.
