Description: Donell Ledford sued Colby Mayo on an auto negligence theory claiming that he was injured in a car wreck caused by Mayo that occurred on October 22, 2008 in Oklahoma City while Plaintiff was walking in the Integris Baptist Medical Center drive-way. Plaintiff claimed to have incurred medical bills of $22,000 and disclosed the amount thereof pursuant to 12 O.S. Sec. 3226(B)(2).

Defendant claimed that Plaintiff was partially or entirely at fault in causing the accident alleged. Defendant also asserted that Plaintiff was claiming excessive damages, pre-existing conditions or injuries and failure to mitigate damages.
