SECOND OFFER TO CONFESS JUDGMENT

COMES NOW the Defendant, Cortez L. Hill, and, pursuant to Okia. Stat. tit. 12, § 1101, hereby offers to allow] udgment to be taken against him on behalf of the Plaintiff, Maria Ulloa, for the sum of Ten Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($10,500.00), inclusive of interest, costs and attomes fees, if any are allowed bylaw, relating to Plaintiffs claims herein. The Plaintiff has five (5) days after receipt of this Offer to either accept or reject the Offer, in writing. If notice of acceptance is not given to the Defendant as required by said statute, the Offer shall be deemed rejected or withdrawn, and same shall not be given in evidence or mentioned on the trial. If the Plaintiff fails to obtain judgment for more than is offered by the Defendant herein, the Plaintiff may be ordered to pay the Defendant’s costs incurred in the matter from the time of the Offer to the date of verdict,

Outcome: COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Maria Ulloa, and dismisses her causes of action with prejudice to her right of re-filing any further action against the Defendant, Cortez L. Hill, all issues of law and fact having been frilly compromised and settled.
