COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Michael Wallace, and for his cause of action against the Defendant, OG&E Electric Services, an Oklahoma corporation, alleges and states as follows:
1. On or about April 15, 2008, the Plaintiff, Michael Wallace, was an invited patron at the corporate owned OG&E Electric Services located at or near 3101 36th Avenue NW, Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
2. While an invited patron on the premises of the Defendant, the Plaintiff, Michael Wallace, fell in a hole, due to the negligence of the Defendant. Defendant was negligent in inspection, maintenance, and repair of the premises, and failed to warn of the hazard.
3. As a result of said negligent acts and/or omissions, the Plaintiff, Michael Wallace, suffered personal injuries, including but not limited to, pain, suffering, disability, wage loss, medical expenses, and loss of quality of and enjoyment of life.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, Plaintiff prays for judgment against the above named Defendant for an amount in excess of $75,000.00 for compensatory damages, costs, attorneys fees, interest and all further relief this Court deems just, equitable and
