Description: Paul Haggerty sued Sean Kinder on an auto negligence theory claiming to have been injured in a car wreck caused by Kinder.
Kinder sued Donald Lee Barton, Rickey Lee Bostad, Timothy Don Erwin, Arcely Fuentz, James Roy Hadwerk, Ashley Nicole Kellogg, Edna M. Kilgore, Sampson Jeffrey King, Duane Glen Lively, Colby Ryan Mitchell, Alan Dane Norrid, Kaitlin Johanna Reichard, Karen Marie Smith, Dana Kay Spencer, Ashley Renne Sumner and Chance Walker.
The parties to this case were Paul Haggerty, the “Plaintiff”, and Sean Kinder, the “Defendant”.
Both parties agreed that a collision took place between the automobile driven by Paul Haggerty and Sean Kinder. The collision occurred amoung multiple automobiles February 3, 2010 on US highway 412 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
The Plaintiff claimed that he sustained injuries which were directly caused by the negligence of the Defendant.
The Defendant denied that he was negligent and denied that Plaintiff was injured. Further, Defendant claimed that Plaintiff was contributorily negligent.
Outcome: Defendant's verdict.
Kinder dismissed her claims against Donald Lee Barton, Rickey Lee Bostad, Timothy Don Erwin, Arcely Fuentz, James Roy Hadwerk, Ashley Nicole Kellogg, Edna M.
