Black Defendant's Attorney: Description: Paul Scott Henrion sued Leonard Norris, JDJ Enterprises Trucking Company, Harco National Insurance Company and Farmers Insurance Company. He claimed that he was injured in a car wreck on July 7, 2008 at the intersection of Tecumsch and Flood in the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma. He claimed that he was stopped at the time of the accident and was rammed from behind by a semi-tractor trailer rig driven by Norris who was employed by JDJ at the time of the accident. He claimed that Harco National Insurance Company insured JDJ and Norris and that Farmers provided uninsured motorists coverage for the vehicle that he was driving.
