Description: Andrew Deason sued Andrea Hekkema on an auto negligence theory. The parties agreed that a collision took place between automobiles driven by them on April 30, 2008 at SW 119th and South Porland, in Oklahoma City, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma.
Plaintiff claimed that he sustained injuries and damages which were directly caused by the negligence of Andrea Hekkema.
Andrea Hekkema denied that she was negligent in doing any of the things claimed by Plaintiff and disputed the nature and extent of the damages claimed by him. In addition, she claimed that the accident was directly caused or contributed to by Plaintiff.
Plaintiff denied the claims of Defendeant.
