Defendant admitted fault for rear-ending the Plaintiff. Plaintiff incurred
approximately $344.00 in PD. Plaintiff claimed $8,508.00 in medical
specials and no lost wage claim.
Plaintiff treated with Dr. Rick Huskey,
DC,; Dr. Kenneth Trinidad, D.O.; Dr. Gary Lee, MD; and Physical
Rehabilitation Center of Tulsa. She also had a cervical MRI from Tulsa
Diagnostic Imaging which showed a small bulge at C6/7. However, the
Plaintiff had been involved in another accident on March 30, 2007, and had
just completed treatment with these same providers and had a previous MRI
which showed the small C6-7 bulge pre-existed the May 22, 2007, accident
with the Defendant, Mr. Phorn.
Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $2,240.00.
