Description: Larry W. Odom and Jeannette N. Odom sued William Gregory Bishop, All-n-one Home Inspection Service, Keller Williams Realty and Seth Koenig on breach of contract theories claiming that in June of 2005 the Odoms and Bishop entered into a real estate purchase contract for a home located at 2945 North Dobbs Road, Luther, Oklahoma. All-n-One was hired to inspect the house before closing and failed to find and disclose electrical and plumbing work that was done in a ngeligent manner.
