Automobile accident - Both parties agreed that a collision took place between automobiles driven by the parties on February 13, 2004 at the intersection of 71st Street and South Memorial Drive in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Plaintiff claimed that he sustained injuries which were directly caused by the negligence of defendant in one or more of the following respects: A. In failing to keep a careful lookout; B. In turning left into the plaintiff as the plaintiff proceeded through the intersection on a green light; and C. In failing to yield the right-of-way to plaintiff. Defendant denied that she was negligent in doing any of the things claimed by plaintiff and for additional defenses claims she was confronted with a sudden emergency not brought on by her own negligence and that plaintiff was contributorily negligent in one or more of the following respects: A. In failing to keep a careful lookout; and B. In failing to yield the right-of-way to defendant. Plaintiff denied the claims of defendant.
