Plaintiff claimed that he sustained injuries which were directly caused by the negligence of defendant in one or more of the following respects: A. In failing to keep a careful lookout; B. In turning left into the plaintiff as the plaintiff proceeded through the intersection on a green light; and C. In failing to yield the right-of-way to plaintiff. Defendant denied that she was negligent in doing any of the things claimed by plaintiff and for additional defenses claims she was confronted with a sudden emergency not brought on by her own negligence and that plaintiff was contributorily negligent in one or more of the following respects: A.
