Ribner, Tulsa, Oklahoma Defendant's Attorney: Gina Crabtree, Tulsa, Oklahoma Description: Plaintiffs claimed that the defendants acted as the plaintiffs' accountants. They received monies that were supposed to be deposited with the IRS and Oklahoma Tax Commission and pocketed the cast which totalled $65,000 over a six year period. Plaintiffs sued the defendants for fraud, conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. Defendants defaulted. Outcome: Judgment for plaintiffs for $429,858.70 in actual damages against all defendants and punitive damages in the amount $360,831.81 against Thomasa Davenport only.
