The State of Oklahoma charged Christian Jonathan Loiler, age 22, with four counts of first-degree manslaughter in violation of 21 O.S. 711 and one county of improper driving on a divided highway in violation of 47 O.S. 11-311.
The State claimed that Loiler caused an auto accident that result in the deaths of Brandon Allen, 32, of Sperry; Amanda Rose, 33, of Sperry; Misty Thirion, 22, of Collinsville; and Zachary Fuller, 22, of Bartlesville on July 25, 2015 on U.S. Highway 75. Allen and Rose were traveling on a motorcycle and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The information filed by the States alleged:
Christian J. Loiler, on or about 7/25/2015, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of Manslaugher-First Degree-DUI, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, and willfully, without a premeditation design to effect death, did cause and effect the death of one Brandon Allen while the said defendant was unlawfully engaged in a misdemeanor in manner and for as follows, to-wit:that said defendant was then and there driving a 2006 Honda Civil automobile on 4335 East 96th Street North the same being a public highway in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, while under the influence of intoxicating alcohol and while so driving said vehicle, said defendant did then and there drive an propel the same into and against one Brandon Allen who was at the time an occupant on a 2001 Honda CR9 motorcyle on said highway then and there and thereby inflicting upon the body of said Brandon Allen as a direct and proximate result of the unlawful acts of said defendant as aforesaid, certain mortal wounds, from said mortal woulds the said Brandon Allen did then and there languish and die.
