That the said Steven Richard Reaves was heretofore on 3/2/20 l 0, in Atoka County, Case No. CF-2005- 0163, convicted of a Felony, to-wit: the crime of ARSON, 2ND DEGREE - AFCF OF 2 OR MORE FELONIES and sentenced to a term of 12 years. Said crime being an offense punishable under the laws of this state by imprisonment in the penitentiary.
