That TIM hARRIS, the duly elected and qualified District Attorney for Tulsa County, Oklahoma, who prosecutes in the name and by the authority of The State of Oklahoma, comes now into the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, and gives the Court to understand and be informed that:

SIIALAKE DERIIONE REED, on or about 12/29/2013, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of MANSLAUGHTER - FIRST DEGREE — DRiVING UNDER THE iNFLUENCE, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, and willfully and without a premeditated design to effect death, did cause and effect the death of one Eric Von Rollerson while the said defendant was unlawfully engaged in a misdemeanor in manner and form as follows, to- wit: driving drunk that said defendant was then and there driving a gray 1999 Chevrolet Silverado automobile on 54th St N and N Lewis Ave., the same being a public highway in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and while so driving said vehicle said defendant did then and there drive and propel the same into and against one Eric Von Rollerson who was at the time a pedestrian upon said highway then and there and thereby inflicting upon the body of said Eric Von Rollerson as a direct and proximate result of the unlawful acts of said defendant as aforesaid, certain mortal wounds, from which mortal wounds the said Eric Von Rollerson did then and there languish and die,
OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE:
