DUSTIN LEE HINTON AND ROBERT LEE NEWSOM JR., on or about 7/16/2014, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of POSSESSION OF FORGED NOTES OR INSTRUMENTS, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, willfully and knowingly, while acting in concert each with the other, have in their possession a certain forged and counterfeited instrument , to-wit: a $20.00 bill. That the aforesaid instrument is false, forged and counterfeited. That the said defendants well knowing said instrument to be false, forged and counterfeited had the same in their possession with the unlawful, willful, fraudulent and felonious intent then and there to injure and defraud by uttering the same to be true, and with the unlawful, fraudulent and felonious intent to cause the said instrument to be uttered as true or as false,

21 O.S. Section 1578 provides:

Every person who, with intent to defraud, has in his possession any forged, altered or counterfeit negotiable note, bill, draft or other evidence of debt issued or purporting to have been issued by any corporation or company duly authorized for that purpose by the laws of this state or of any other state, government or country, the forgery of which is hereinbefore declared to be punishable, knowing the same to be forged, altered or counterfeited, with intent to utter the same as true or as false, or to cause the same to be so uttered, is guilty of forgery in the second degree.
