The State of Oklahoma charged Joshua Brandon Damron with accessory after the fact of kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and other charges relating to the kidnapping of two men outside a Tulsa casino in 2014.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty of being an accessory after the fact and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon with recommendations by that he be sentenced to eight years in prison and be fined $5,000 on the accessory charge and five years and a $5,000 on the assault charged
