JOSIAH ISRAEL SKLAR, between 1/21/2013 and 1/22/2013, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, willfully and knowingly aid one, Henry David Laird, a person who between the dates of 1/21/2013 and 1/22/2013 had committed a felony, to-wit: Murder in the First Degree. The said defendant well knowing that the said Henry David Laird had committed said felony, did thereafter the commission of said crime, aid the said Henry David Lard between the dates of 1/21/2013 and 1/22/2013, by assisting, aiding, and helping conceal Henry David Laird from apprehension and detection with the unlawful, willful and felonious intent on the part of said defendant that the said Henry David Laird may avoid and escape from arrests, trial, conviction and punishment for the aforesaid crime,
Outcome: Defendant was found guilty in a non-jury trial and was sentenced to 2 years probation.
