Court, did commit the crime of FELONY MURDER-FIRST DEGREE, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, and willfully while acting in concert each with the other and during the commission of Burglary First Degree and/or Robbery With a Firearm, without authority of law, effect the death of Shametra Janelle Fields by shooting her then and there and thereby inflicting certain mortal wounds in the body of said Shametra Janelle Fields from which mortal wounds the same Shametra Janelle Fields did languish and die on the 10th day of September 2012,

EVERETT MONTE WILSON, on or about 9/10/2012, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of BURGLARY - FIRST DEGREE, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, willfully and burglariously, while acting in concert each with the other, break and enter into a certain dwelling house occupied by and in the possession of Everett Lanell Adkins-Turner and located at 1209 E 63rd St #D in the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and in which there was at the time and place a human being, to-wit: Everett Lanell Adkins-Turner, by entering through a closed front door of said dwelling house and entering without the consent of said occupant, with the unlawful, felonious and burglarious intent then and there to commit some crime therein,

EVERETT MONTE WILSON, on or about 9/10/2012, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of ROBBERY WITH A FIREARM, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, and wrongfully, while acting in concert each with the other, rob one Everett Lanell Adkins-Turner by wrongfully taking and carrying away certain personal property and money to-wit: drugs and money, belonging to Everett Lanell Adkins-Turner and in the possession of said Everett Lanell Adkins-Turner, and in his immediate presence, without his consent and against his will, said robbery being accomplished by said defendants with the use of a certain firearm, to-wit: handgun, and which they used to menace and threaten the said Everett Lanell Adkins-Turner with harm if he resisted, and by said assault, threats and menace, did then and there put the said Everett Lanell Adkins-Tumer in fear of immediate and unlawful injury to his person and overcame all his resistance, and while so intimidating him, did then and there wrongfully take and obtain from him the personal property and money aforesaid,
