PTH, GBW/LD. State by A/ Palmer; Def with J. Skinner and E. Pierce Jpnes. State has filed a Motion in limine which will be considered before trial Tuesday A.M. Re video interview of Def: State says the tape has Def's statements about his movements before and after the time of death therefore are relevant. Def has at least 2 objections: Police misled therefore this may have another objection under 403, and second, the tape contains much police narrative similar to taping mental impressions and are hearsay. Court will listen to tape and requests DA to provide soon. DA stated that the tape will likely not be introduced until late in the trail - 2nd week. Re evidence of relation with parties, State contends the relationship is dealer-customer. Remains set for trial next week.
