Description: Automobile accident - rear-end collision at a stop light. Plaintiffs were passengers in a car which was bumped by defendant's car when the driver in the car in front failed to move forward when the light changed. Defendant claimed that there was no property damage to the car in which plaintiffs were riding and that the medical expenses claimed by them were excessive.

Outcome: Defendant's verdict.
