Description: Kurt Vroman, a union official for the Volusia County Fire Department, sued Volusia County, James Tauber, James Willits and Terry Moore for firing him in violation of his First Amendment rights in retaliation for leading a no-confidence vote against Fire Chief Jim Tauber in 2004.
