As you know, the Court will ultimately rule on the equitable claims based on the jury’s advisory opinion. However, the jury also awarded MMS $350,000 on its unjust enrichment claim against Head. I attached the verdict form. We will argue that the 350,000 is not double recovery. The Defendant will argue that it is.

Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $651,575.65 against Head, Inc. and $350,000 against APAC. It also found in favor of Plaintiff on the deceit claim and awarded $150,000 in damages.
