Roy Johnson and a number of other African-American Tulsa police officers sued the City of Tulsa claiming that they were discriminated against in promotions because of their race and that they were retaliated against and harassed because of their race and complaints.

Outcome: Settled for $50,000 for the individual named plaintiff and $200,000 for other officers who claim that they were discriminated against.
