Miguel Terrazas-Ordonez, age 40, a citizen of Mexico, was sentenced today after previously pleading guilty to a one-count Indictment charging him with illegal reentry of a removed alien.

Acting U.S. Attorney Evans praised the work of the United States Department of Homeland Security in investigating this matter.

Outcome: U.S. District Judge Mary Vial Lemmon sentenced TERRAZAS-ORDONEZ to 5 months of incarceration, followed by a supervised release term of one year. Following the completion of his sentence, TERRAZAS-ORDONEZ will be surrendered to the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for removal proceedings.
