Description: Memphis, TN - Toran Hampton, 50, of Memphis, Tennessee, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John T. Fowlkes, Jr. to serve 120 months, or 10 years, in federal prison followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution of $511,216.00 to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
