Description: Phoenix, AZ - Mark and Beth sued Spin Master and others on products liability wrongful death theories claiming that Aqua Dots manufactured and/or sold by defendants were defective and unreasonably dangerous and, as a direct result, their daughter died as a result of swallowing the toy beads. They claimed that the beads were coated with a chemical that converts into the "date rape drug" GHB when ingested.
