Plaintiff began working at the Takoma Aquatic Center in Northwest Washington for $13.50 per hour in 2006. She claimed that her supvisor, Rodney Weaver, began harassing her by asking her on dates. He also made inappropriate comments about her genitalia and made repeated sexual advances and commnets. Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $3.5 million.
