RubberDa/Pro is a manufacturer of precision molded rubber products with its corporate headquarters and a manufacturing facility located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Plaintiff was employed by Da/Pro as an Inspection Supervisor. In the gender based wage discrimination claims, Plaintiff contended that her job as Inspection Supervisor was substantially equal to three male comparators whose positions were the Quality Control Technician, the Production Superintendent, and the Third Shift Production Foreman. Prior to the trial, Judge Holmes granted summary judgment in favor of Da/Pro on Plaintiff’s claims of retaliation in violation of Title VII and the EPA, constructive discharge, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
