Description: The Families and Estates of Julia Pryde and Erin Peterson sued Virginia Tech University on negligence wrongful death theories claimed that University officials failed to exercise due care when they failed to warn students in 2007 that someone was on the campus shooting students. Gunman Seung-Hui Cho shot and killed 33 peopl, including Pryde and Peterson on April 16, 2007.
