The State of New Mexico charged Shane Foster and Reneee Foster with first-degree murder for killing Casimirio Ramirez, age 30 in January of 2016.
The defendants were also charged with tampering with evidence and conspiracy to tamper with evidence.
Outcome: Shane Foster was found guilty on the murder charge and Renee was found guilty on the tampering charges.
