He sued Grimes on an intentional assault and batter theory and Alpha Gamma Rho on a negligence theory. Plaintiff claimed that Association of Alpha Beta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho negligently failed to control an environment of "animosity towards the homeless" to be tolerated at the OSU house. Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $41,421.06 including $6,421.06. Plaintiff's Experts: Defendant's Experts: Comments: Editor's Note: Without a verdict against the fraternity, it is highly unlikely that Plaintiff will ever collect any of the resulting judgment unless Grimes is wealthy. |
