Description: Jay, OK - Jury Convicts Defendant And Recommends Life In Prison

The State of Oklahoma charged Samantha Ann Perales, age 12, with manslaughter, possession of a control dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia for causing an auto accident while intoxicated with meth that killed a Bartlesville, Oklahoma mother of two.

The State claimed that Perales was high on meth on April 12, 2015 when she hit Amberly Ruth Bradley's care on Un.S. 59 about two miles north of Kansas, Oklahoma killing her.

The State produces evidence that there was a syringe of meth in the pickup driven by Pearles and that she tested positive for meth.

Outcome: Perales was found guilty and the jury recommended that she be sentenced to life in prison.
