Thomas Rogers on age discrimination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract and wrongful termination theories. Howell was the Sewer Department Superintendent from 1998 to 2005 and was paid $64,000 per year by the Town.

Defendants denied wrongdoing. Defendants also claimed that Plaintiff used his publicly provided desktop and laptop computers to store personal business information and nude photographs.
