Expertise: Light Opera Oklahoma (LOOK) is a non-profit organization founded in 1983 whose mission is to preserve and promote the world's finest operetta and classical musical comedies by presenting live professional performances every summer in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 1997, LOOK, in association with The University of Tulsa, inaugurated a summer festival with shows running in repertory fashion. LOOK is governed by an elected board of directors, managed by an artistic director, is a member of the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa and the Oklahoma Cultural Coalition. The productions are held in the Williams Theatre of the Tulsa Performing Arts Center in downtown Tulsa. |
