Mr. O'Keefe is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A. Economics, 1989) and the Western New England School of Law (J.D., 1992). He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Connecticut and Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and District of Massachusetts. Mr. O'Keefe focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases with a particular emphasis on vehicular tort, nursing home abuse, medical negligence, inadequate security and sexual abuse cases. He is a proud member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and serves on its Board of Governors. He has served on the CTLA Legislative Committee, the CTLA Strategic Planning Committee and the CTLA Public Relations Committee. Mr. O'Keefe is also a member of the American Association for Justice and is a member of the AAJ Nursing Home Litigation Group, the AAJ Inadequate Security Litigation Group and the AAJ Child Sex Abuse Litigation Group. Mr. O'Keefe is board certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, Mr. O'Keefe is the member of the Academy of Trial Advocacy.
