Tim is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the South Carolina Insurance Fraud Investigators.
Tim was born in Cleveland, Ohio, but when he was in middle school, his family moved south for the warm weather and beautiful surroundings of Charleston, South Carolina. He attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, graduating in 1989 with a major in government. As a law student at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, he was on the South Carolina Law Review; in 1992, he received a juris doctorate, cum laude respectively.
When not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and three children, participating in outdoor activities, reading non-fiction and cooking. Recently, he’s attempted to improve his golf game. He admits that when his friends say that he’s a better singer than a golfer, it’s not a compliment to his singing, which is pretty awful.
