Practice Areas: We are consumer fraud trial lawyers. We sue insurance companies, finance companies, car dealers, credit reporting agencies, debt collectors, and others who lie, cheat or steal. We have obtained ground breaking verdicts for our clients. Our practice areas include: Automobiles - Fraudulent sales practices, including sales of wrecked or lemon vehicles without proper disclosure and odometer tampering, laundering of lemon, salvage and rebuilt titles by insurers or auto-rebuilders. Credit - Failure to correct false or inaccurate reporting of credit history; identity theft; unlawful access to consumer credit history. Credit Sale - Unlawful and abusive credit sales practices involving the sale of insurance or extension of credit, such as payment "packing" and concealment of unlawful or excessive finance charges. Insurance - Wrongful delay or refusal to pay insurance benefits, including disability, health, motor vehicle, homeowners and life insurance. ERISA - Wrongful refusal to pay employee benefits, including pension and insurance, and disability, health and life insurance coverage provided through employment. Unfair and Unlawful Billing Practices - Deceptive, undisclosed or excessive "junk" fees and charges by businesses, including late fees, assessed by mortgage lenders, long distance telephone service providers, wireless telephone service providers, utilities and other businesses.
